Farid Harianto, Chairman of Audit Committee
He achieved his Master Degree in Applied
Economic in 1987 and his PhD in 1989
from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In 2005, he joined
PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk as Independent
Commissioner and Chairman of Audit
Committee, currently also serves as
a Managing Director of PT Catunilai Finans
Adhinarya, The Indonesian Clearing and
Guaranty Corporation board member and
also as a consultant at several big companies
in Indonesia and International Organizations.
Henri Sundjaja, Member of Audit Committee
In 1981, he achieved degree of Economics
from Universitas Kristen Indonesia. He was
Assistant Accounting Manager PT Matahari
Putra Prima from 1981 up to 1986, then
in 1988 he continued studying to get his
Master Business and Administration
at Pacific State University Los Angeles.
In 1990 up to 1991, he was Comptroller of
PT Inti Salim Corpora and acted as Finance
and Accounting Manager of PT Aspirasi
Luhur in 1991 up to 1995. Prior appointed
as Audit Committee at the Company in
2001, he was Accounting Manager of the Company.
Fifi Afriyanthi, Member of Audit Committe
Achieved her Bachelor of Economic degree
from Atmajaya University in 1996 and
joined PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk.
Before appointed as Audit Committee in
2007, she was incharge for Internal Audit
Division.
