Yani Alifen, President Director
Has been serving as Company's Vice President Director since 1995. Currently also serving as President Director of PT Petrocentral and PT Fosfindo. Obtained his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institute of Technology Surabaya.

Andreas Maliwa, Vice President Director
He achieved Bachelor of Science in Chemicals Engineering from University of Houston Texas. He worked for Stone & Webster Engineering Corp., Houston, Texas before joining Salim Group in 1997. He has joined PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk since 1998.

Jimmy Masrin, Director
Joined the Company's Board of Directors since 1995. Currently serves as the Director of PT Lautan Luas Tbk. As well as in some of its associated companies. Formerly was the Development Manager of Dauphin Ltd., USA. Obtained his Master degree in International Management from American Graduates School.

Takashi Nakamura, Director
Graduated from Kohnan University in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Since 1980 he joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Before joining PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk, his last position was Director of Organic Chemicals Division in PT Mitsui Indonesia.

Lioe Seng Tjin, Director
He achieved degree of B. S. Business Administration from San Fransisco State University California in 1990. He has joined Salim Group since August 1991. Currently, as Director of PT Unggul Indah Investama, he also serves at several companies within Salim Group.

Koesbandi, Non-Affiliated Director
Joined the Company's Board of Directors in 1997. Was the Head of General Directorate Republic of Indonesia Tax Office in South Sumatera before resting from government institution. Was appointed as the Independent Commissioner and as the Chairman of Audit Committee in 2001. Since 2005 until now serves as Non-Affiliated Director.
