Zairyanto Poedjiaty, President Commissioner
He obtained Diploma of Banking from Chartered Institute of Bankers, London. In 1977, he achieved academic degrees from several local and overseas educational institutions. In 2003, he achieved Management Doctoral Degree from Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia (FEUI). Currently he serves as a President Director of PT Mitra Kreasidharma and as a Commissioner in Chinatrust Bank Indonesia. He also works as a teacher in Post Graduate Programme in FEUI and Trisakti University.

Hanny Sutanto, Vice President Commissioner
Has been serving as the Company's Vice President Commissioner since 1995. Currently also serves as Director of PT Findeco Jaya, PT Lionindo Jaya and PT Alas Pusaka. He graduated from Ngee Ann Technical College in Singapore.

Teddy Jeffrey Katuari, Commissioner
Formerly serving as Commissioner of PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk since 1995, then he was appointed as the Company’s Director in 2001. In Annual General Shareholder Meeting on July 19, 2006 he was re-appointed as the Company’s Commissioner. Currently, he is also serves as the Commissioner of PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja.

Indrawan Masrin, Commissioner
Joined the Company's Board of Commissioners since 1991. Also serves as the President Director of PT Lautan Luas Tbk since 1996. Currently serves as member the Board of Commissioners and Directors at several companies within Lautan Luas Group. Obtained his Master of Science from Bradley University, USA in 1973.

Farid Harianto, Independent Commissioner
Obtained his Master degree in Applied Economic in 1987 and his PhD in 1989 from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In 2005 joined the Company's as Independent Commissioner and The Chairman of Committee Audit. Currently also serves as Managing Director of PT Catunilai Finans Adhinarya, The Indonesian Clearing and Guaranty Corporation board member and also as a consultant of various companies in Indonesia and international organizations.

Rasidi, Independent Commissioner
He was Commissioner of PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk in 1995. In Annual General Shareholder Meeting on July 19, 2006 he was reappointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner. He was Vice Chairman of Capital Investment Co-ordination Board (BKPM) in 1988 and have served government since 1955. He achieved MASc from University of Illinois, USA in 1963.
