The year 2006 was a year full of challenge, in which the Company faced many hindrances, such as high and unstable world oil price, business competition in regional, unstable domestic economic condition and the people purchasing power which was still weak. UIC Full Annual Report 2005
Year 2005 was marked by the Company's ability to distribute a cash dividend of US$ 5.25 million, derived from its net income in 2004 and its success in increasing its annual installed capacity through the de-bottlenecking project. We believe that the addition of 60,000 MT to our annual installed capacity will enable the Company to fulfill Alkylbenzene demand in the long-term and protect its position as a market leader in Indonesia and throughout the Asia Pacific region.

UIC Full Annual Report 2004
It was an accomplishment for the Company and its subsidiaries to record a significant increase in consolidated net income from US$ 7.42 million in the previous year to US$ 17.51 million in 2004. Operating results rose strongly as the sales and gross profit margin increased.
