The development of detergent industry largely depends on the customer purchasing power, while the Alkylbenzene consumption its self is depend on the demand of detergent. The use of detergent consumption per capita in Indonesia compare to other coutries has caused the detergent industrial prospect in the future is promising.
In line with the Company’s long-term objective to obtain a strong position in international market, the Company will continue to expand and explore any export opportunity through inter alia equity participation in a variety of companies engaged in similar industries and maximization of the synergy among subsidiaries. Meanwhile, to strengthen its position to be a main local producer, the Company has increased its production capacity through de-bottlenecking project.
It is expected that the Company will be able to fulfill the needs arising from the increase in future demand of Alkylbenzene. To secure the supply of its raw material,the Company also planned to expand into upstream business.
